You will find that animosity still exists today and that history is close to 100 years old. The Palestinians are living the history right now and have been displaced and removed from homes or areas they occupied for generations. That's going to be a tough road to get over when the "war" ends considering it will take decades to remove rubble and rebuild assuming we even see that.
