I'm a medical professional and he definitely has Parkinson's disease. One of the main symptoms of Parkinson disease (PD) is diminished facial expressivity or "masked facies," which refers to the expressionless appearance of individuals with the disorder.

16:35 PM Modi-ji said really really really wise word. This "problem" [conflict] can not be solved on the battlefield. If you take a step back and look at the whole situation from a point of view that is distancing, seeing the whole picture, it is clear, who is "losing" this war and who is "winning". BTW, I'm not Indian, nor is my first language english. But what does the -ji at Modi-ji mean? I just saw this so many times on other comments, that I thought it would be appropriate to call Mr Modi this way. What Bangladeshi students are fighting for is commendable. Indian students should demand the same. Why reservations and quotas that to after 77 years of Independence? Average life expectancy rate of Indians are 67 years. A generation and a decade gone and those who are still enjoying reservations in education and jobs are still not on their feet, then they can't stand for next 300 years also. A student getting more than 90+ % marks are loosing their higher education seats and later on jobs to those getting 50-60 % or even less marks. It's enough. Higher education and jobs should only be based on merits. Some of the State Government's in India have 70% reservation. Enough of appeasement politics. A country can grow with eligible brains and not with reservations or quotas. A student will be serious in his/her studies when they understand and know that there's no reservation. They have to compete only on merits.
