Hey Humberto, thank you from the video! A question: After to get that work permit to start up a business , can I have a orhers business too? Because to give 90% of my company is not my interest at all!! And do I really need , in all cases , to give 90%? And, can I try to apply to a other And real Immigration Visa during these five years, exemple, If I get married or just can to be better qualified to a other better one?

Hi! Sir you’re all videos are helpful for everyone. But sir my question is not clear. My all documents are qualified on 24th March 2021. I’m from Pakistan. My wife is green card holder. My case is petition I 130. So now I’m waiting for interview but still no response. So please tell me how much time required to get F21 visa interview???

Great video and thanks for this information i had some queries (1) Are US based investors are mandetory or investors could be from anywhere? (2) Let's say i have raised fund capital, given employment to 100 or above numbers of people, how would i be able to be a citizen (green card) because to be a citizen being the founder and making employment is a great step. I have everything planned so i just wanted to know how i will file for citizenship? (3) I am 17 from India and would be filling visa application soon, as going to go for B1 because i also wanted to get in some collage in undergrad program so is B1 a good option? Kindly solve my queries and id be obliged to you

Hey Ravi...you are welcome. No the IEP is a non-immigrant visa that does not lead to a green card.

Hi! Amazing info. I am starting a startup with a Pakistani Friend. We have been waiting for a visa like this. I had 2 questions. 1. We have been planning the business for the past 6 months, and have not filed for a C-Corp yet? Do you have to have a C-Corp in place in order to bring my partner to the U.S. under this visa. 2. We just started the business, and are still in our development phase. Do I have to raise $100,000 or $250,000 from U.S. investors in order to bring my partner to the U.S. under this visa? Your answer is greatly appreciated. Thank you once again!
