Prem, this CSPA applies only for kids whose age comes near 21years during green card processing, ? Am i right on the statement. what happens to kids whose greencard comes in year or already inprogress of 485, bio metrics or AP done

Need a clarification on waiting period .. on the same employer if we file multiple I140 due to role change is this waiting period applicable … also is this waiting period starts from the first stage of GC process till we get I140 ?

Hi prem -- one clarification we completed 6 yrs in h1 status in US. And we have approved I-140. If we go back to india for good. Incase we want to come back to US after 4-5 yrs, should I have to go through drop box for h1 lottery ?

Hi prem can you please clarify my doubt I am in eb3 2011 Feb my priority date is current from June 2021 but I am not able to file the 485 becas my husband change the company. Company A is having I 140 is current . Company B also started the GC process becas of the current situation is going very slowly if it’s go like this means I will miss my priority date or after 1 yr I can port my priority date can u pls explain

Actually my friend's son who is in US has got his H4 approved there as his H1B had expired...Does he and his wife have Biometrics as both have to go for stamping in US...Kindly advice..He is going to use that H4 for visiting his wife from Canada..His company is sending him to Canada until i140 is getting approved....

Hi Prem this is not related to this topic however my gc is just started processing. Perm is yet to be filled . The year which eb2 is showing 2014? From which year it’s calculated is it when i140 is filled? Can you confirm? When do you think I will get gc ? Or kuthu madhipa ?

My kid completes 21 in Oct--2031. I am eb2. Priority date -- nov 2015. If we an I - 485, should that status be sufficient or my final action date shld be current ?

if it is 2015 , assuming if we get green card or AP in 2 years from now, there is no need CSPA.

Hi Prem bro, can you please clarify my doubts? Am in H1B status , Will be traveling to india on April 1st and booked visa stamping with drop box on April 4th . My H1B has been approved on 03/15 with premium processing and still didn’t get the actual approval notice. My employer is keep saying that, it will take around 3 weeks to receive the approval notice to attorney. I have the receipt number and email from USCIS with approval details. Can I travel and attend the visa stamping without actual approval notice? Please let me know suggestion . Thanks By Dilip

Hi bro This is just my view always attorneys will provide the best solution You need the physical copy with you when you will you go to interview If they ask to come to physical interview officer will ask Also while returning back definitely officer will ask to verify Again pls check with attorneys for suggestions
