I do believe the odd shaped 12 muffin tin is used for baking those airy puffy sweet bread things that used to be served at Boston Sea Party restaurants...they were delicious and very airy and served with honey butter...yum...I think they called them popovers...

Hi Amy, you sure have some treasures there. In your pots & pans video, I love that big covered saute pan. May I ask how much the pullman loaf pan was? I've seen them at Williams-Sonoma and they cost a fortune. Thanks, and enjoy the pans. Has Eric built the add-on to your pan room yet? 😀

haha.. the funny looking "slanted Pizza Pan" is a Cookie Scoop Pan". I got one from Macy's for $27.00. I love your idea of a pizza pan that lets the pizza slide off. the detentions of that pan is 16 1/2 x 11 3/4.

Nice haul. I am so jealous that I don't live on that side of the country so I can attend next years sale. You can open your own cookware store or restaurant with so many pieces.

I watched your cookware haul vid as well - that was amazing! Have you ever tried the "waterless" cookware and what are your thoughts on it? Keep the vids coming please. :-)

You cleaned up at the factory store and they hope you return again to buy more of their products which is seconds. We made products which was for other companies which was sold door to door by their sales people. The products I got was mainly West Bend products and was being sold to their employees at a much lower price.

Amy the pan that has 6 holes that you called a cake pan is really a hamburger bun pan. I use it for individual coffee cakes, corn muffins, brownies and cakes for friends birthdays. You can bake several cakes and freeze until you need to frost for a special person. Can you give us a heads up when you hear about the next USAPan sale or is there somewhere I can sign up to be notified of the sale? There are a few pans I use all the time and would love to pick up more.

Use the litter cake sheet pans make chocolate cake and a cream filling and put two cakes together with the cream filling.

The shell pans are for Madelines. You make a pound cake batter in them. Classic French cuisine.

That sounds like a serious baker's dream (not me; I'm more interested in good but inexpensive stand mixers, and I saw your videos already), but if they don't live anywhere near Pennsylvania, the cost of traveling from their home to the sale and back probably won't cover the money saved at the sale. Do they have similar prices online?

I am curious about the loaf/bread pans with the slide on lids that you said keeps the loaf square. First, what brand were the ones you purchased? Second, do you bake the bread with the lids on?

Margene Kiefer yes. You bake with the lid on. It makes the loaves perfectly square.

the funny muffin pan is called a crown muffin pan.. AKA muffin tops.. as most people agree that the top is the best part of the muffin.. this pan make a small shallow base and a large muffin top.. $15.99

This can't be used on the stovetop. It is called a Pullman loaf pan. Makes great square bread or Texas toast.
