The USA's misunderstanding about India-Russia relationship (based on defense dependability) is actually a boon in disguise for India. India gets to keep the India-Russia relationship intact and the USA gets to keep a logical explanation to accommodate it. This is called Dr. S. Jaishankar level diplomacy which is UNBEATABLE.
