Opened the first STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY in SEATTLE'S vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood in December 2014. It is an immersive and dramatic expression of passion for coffee, located just nine blocks from the original Starbucks Pike Place store. Unreasonable passion drove to obsessed over every aspect of this space, from the coffees to the roasters to the custom-design pneumatic tubes that usher the beans through the building.
