Hey .. 3 Hours is like a good bandwidth to get into another flight. But few things to keep in mind Delhi Airport is divided into mainly 2 terminals one for Domestic T1 and then there is an International Terminal T3. The catch is there are few domestic flights that take off from T3 as well. So, in case the flight that you are coming from and the next domestic connecting flight is from the same terminal then nothing to worry about . But if you have to get the flight from different terminal then Delhi Airport provides a complimentary shuttle bus service for passengers, every 20 minutes between both the domestic and international terminals. In case shuttle is not available and is not on time try to get a cab to the other terminal.Also, if possible give a call to the airlines you are traveling with and they will guide you better.
