This one gives a lot of true information. Initial years life is very tough in US. This generation is pampered by parents and most of them feel washing their dishes and cleaning their room and cooking for themself is also tough. Unless you have a great talent and passion for work, it's not easy. Lot of faking their resume, so true talent and experience is also going down the drain. I was in middle school when my parents made a decision to move back to India from the US. I had observed how they were soo stressed living there, however didn't understand why. Obviously I was very upset with their decision to move back, from a place where I was starting to implant myself in studies to a place where I have to start everything from scratch. It is only after 5 or 6 years I understood the gravity of all our problems and reasons for why we left US. I 100% agree that my parents made the right decision to move away from that toxic place.

If it is in general, Experience in India makes difference. I have seen it in several cases. However, in the current situation it doesn’t matter because of the job market. I know people who had 6-7 years work experience in India and despite that they were not able to get a job due to the job market. Besides that, there is a whole anti-India, anti-Hindu cabal working together targeting Hindus & Indians in the US corporates and Academia. It is manifested through the SB-403 bill in California, case against Cisco alleging caste discrimination by two Indian employees which proved false in California, conducting workshops in companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple targeting Indians and Hindus.
