zehra and ebrar arent in great conditions health wise, especially zehra. and of course their performances affect the team greatly... not sure if she'll be able to play the next match :/

@@shw7598 I didn't know that. She played every single match in VNL and here at the World Championship along with Erdem, without any rest. Guidetti should have brought one more middle and make it play some of the (less difficult) matches. The tournament is too long and exhausting for the athletes.

I love team USA but Franti is a liability in receiving, digging & passing ang gets blocked most of the time. They’re missing a steady leadership inside like that of Larson or Mbh as well as their defensive skills & as a go-to option when they badly needed a point like that of Egonu for Italy or Boskovic for Serbia which I think are the two teams who will end up in the finals.

I hope so for Italy, but don't forget Brazil, they are on fire in this tournament

So true. That’s the problem with USA’s style of play. The USA will always need to pass well/perfectly to run their offense cause they thrive on quick sets to the pins. Frantti and Cook aren’t physical enough to power through/over bigger blocks (ex: games against Serbia & Poland). USA really missing Larson and Bartsch-Hackley for their ball control.

1- If Turkey really had a good setter, we wouldn't be blocked this much. 2- Turkey doesn't have a good middle blocker too. Our spiker has more blocks than Zehra, yes, she attacks good but blocked NOTHING throughout this tournament. 3- Libero is amazing yes, I love her. 4- Most importantly as you mentioned, outside hitters don't use their minds. I just watched Canada-Poland game and even Canadian hitters (I say ''even'' because Turkish hitters plays in world class teams unlike them) know how to come up with other solutions (clever lobs, block-out points etc). Out hitters think with their 1.80 height they can do it all... This is incredible and it never changes. Such a crazy volleyball country like ours CAN NOT FIND a consistent, trustable outside hitter...

@@mertnecati875 I think Ozbay is good. She is young and I get that sometimes she do bad options, but her team does not help her. If you have not a good pass, you can't make a miracle. It makes so easier to de middle of the other team to get a double block, and as you know, even in a simple block they have some difficulty too get the point. About the middles, just because in this especific championship they are not making lot of blocks, doesn't mean they are terrible. Both Eda and Gunes are good. And the liberos are just ok, they doo the basic. Amazing is like Castillo, De Gennaro and the Brazilian Ones.

@@mertnecati875 turkey has good middle blockers, dont try too hard to be a hater. any team would be lucky to have them. eda has everything a volleyball player needs, and zehra on her good day is a wall. unfortunately she has been playing after getting several shots due to her injury which is getting worse. the girl is risking her health and her league performance, guidetti should've just tried aycin instead.

@@well9179 she is no boskovic, but she was still the mvp of the italian league. she did the most blocks in her team and was the top scorer of the whole championship until 2 matches ago when she started having health issues.

not a fan of the US setters. they always set the ball too close to the net so the hitters don't have any angle to hit around the block. that's why the lost against poland - they were getting stuffed all night, or had to dink the attack cuz the block was in their faces.

Neriman is aging, Tugba is no better than Şahin or Baladın, even Ayça much better than Gizem let alone Zimge. Türkiye's problems is on Spikers, nothing else.
