Only thing bad ass in the military is special ops / forces and EOD. The entire force of any branch( as a whole) is not badass. Majority are scared to go fight( well infantry is good too )

When I was at Kadena, I got embedded during exercises with the EOD team One time they had a scenario of UXOs on the tarmac. The had painted orange inert bomb casings laid out we had ops control directing us to these areas. A F16 was on the tarmac and turned into our cluster of UXOs, and the pilot was being a asshole, if that F16 had a horn, he would be laying on it. I walked up to the front of the plane and mouth off the letters "B O M B S" , while pointing at the make shift piles of UXOs. The control got back to us on the radio and told us to let him thru. If this was not an exercise but the real world, that pilot would have found a reverse gear and hauled ass out of that area. It was fun riding in the humvee doing the mocked drills. When we were not on patrol in the airfield, we would be in the WSA drving around.

Who else did you think would work on those? Nuclear Weapons are incredibly powerful but are considered safe to work around. They don’t just blow up randomly, and if they did you would hear about it happening.

@@itswavo oh, I’m sorry. I thought most nuclear bombs worked the way they do by having a piece of uranium slam against another one once it touches the ground or gets hit by something really hard Without that mechanism Hiroshima and Nagasaki wouldn’t have been bombed

With? Eh sure. With with? No. Because you mentioned K9 I’m assuming by SF you mean Air Force security forces and not US Army Special Forces. Security Forces will cordon areas and block roads but they aren’t riding along with EOD. What would they do? Make a smaller cordon? Security Forces does their part and EOD does theirs.
