How We Manage Money as OFWs/ Retired OFWs
In this video, we discussed the system that has worked for us in managing the money God has entrusted us through the years. This system is what helped us pay off debt, save money, acquire assets, invest and RETIRE EARLY from Overseas work.
It follows Dave Ramsey's principles in his 7 Baby Steps to Financial Peace. We also included what we've changed now that we're retired in the Philippines.

I'm amazed po sainyo. Galing magpaliwanag..and even more so na malaman ko na Dave Ramsey methods din po pala gamit nyo :) The guy is brilliant. Sana tinuturo ng maayos sa school palang ang savings AND investments di tulad sa generation ko kung kelan medyo matanda na ko dun ko lang natutunan

Spreadsheets para sa akin. I can make charts, graphs. Nagagawa ko rin ang mga projections ng income ang expenses. Madali ko naikokompare ang inflow and outflow in a certain period.

That's good! 😊Go go! It's always best to do whatever works for you. Many people prefer spreadsheets with ease of use, so go lang po. At the end of the day, so long as you reach your desired targets, you're good. 😊💪

Hi madamme. Im a subcriber to your channel. Im an OFW seabased. Just want some advise po. Kung ano negosyo maganda unahin option ko kasi ngayon apartment but may old bahay pa namin sayang din kasi e demolish. At pagawan ng bago 2nd po is accommodationd kasi may nabili ako lupa sa bundok may restaurant na din po. Kaso hindi ko kabisado mag manage pa kung accommodations. I hope you can help me madamme. nakakainspired nmn mski mabusisi eh gusto ko gayahin, pero sa amin kase magkasama na.. basta ung gastos naka lista minsan kase lalo na pag may ppondohan eh kailangan malaki pera kaya imbes na itago q ay ipondo ko kumikita pa sya.. at d din ako nag babanko ng sahod dahil gsto ko dumami un pera ng mas malki kitain. pero kailangan pa din na may savings ka dahil ang bank yan ang titignan kapag magloan ka

Hi Tinderela20! I like your handler. 🥰🥰🥰 Ang witty. Yes yes, combined income din kami sis like you and nakasulat din. Pero pinaghihiwalay ko agad ang personal expense namin (baon ko) sa Household Expense like bills, food and all. Then hiwalay lang din ang Business Fund sa Personal/Household Fund. This way sure na 'di matouch ang pera na pang negosyo sa pampamilya. Ngayon yung Reserved Fund (emergency fund) and Sinking Fund (ipon for big payments/purchases) sa Digital banks ko na muna nilagay while hindi pa kailangan dahil iniipon pa para magkainteres muna. This has helped us tremendously in paying off debt, saving money, acquiring assets and investments and living a simple but fulfilling life by God's grace. Ang money management system rin na ito ang dahilan bakit nakapag-retire kami from overseas work in our 30s. Kaya grateful po talaga kami. Thanks for watching! 😊
