Koi bata sakte hai ki GGSIPU mai counceling ke time agar mera OBC-ncl certificate delhi ka hai lekin mera family 1993 ke baad delhi aaye hai to mera obc certificate reject ho jaaega?? Kyuki admission brochure mai aisa hi likha hua hai chapter 6 page no 74. Plss aap kisi collage students sai puch ka bata dena agar aapko idea nhi hai iske baare mai plss plsss
