the endurance it takes to play this game... I don't understand how they can vertically lift themselves so high from the water. What muscles do you use to do that?

silencedknight Obviously. But I think I'm not getting the techniques right. I can run miles and play soccer without a problem but as soon as I get in the water, I'm flailing and sinking -_-
