I bought one of these USB Flash Drive Voice Recorders, and they are really great, got one to record transactions and so on.

I use them on a daily basis they are great-I know who is talking about me-this gadget proved i was not being paranoid. I bought 44 of them from china, and best of all without serial numbers they cant be traced back to me. I can record a voice from 35 feet away with mine. I always tell people don't talk about be behind my back, cause I'll find out from the person you told. You can buy them real cheap.

Hi judhibbs. It does sound like it's not charging. Make sure that the switch is turned OFF while recording.

Hi Michal love, At this time there's no way to change the time/date on the USB recorder. We have contacted the manufacturer to put in a fix to the firmware. I will keep you posted when we hear back.

Can you show the recording File on the next KZfaq video so we can see it on QuickTime or Itunes and teach us how to change the DATES for each FILE RECORDED?

The phrase "CD quality" doesn't mean good audio. It just means any quality of audio, poor or better, at a sampling rate comparable to a CD.

I bought one to spy on my Cheating Husband and it was hard to figure out which recording was the new one on my IMAC because it doesn't let you set the date and the USB came with a Dec. Date on it. All my recordings said the same day in December 31st. How do you change the dates?

It has probably already been said but having special software would be logical. That way if they plug it in you could have files that don't mean crap for them to view. If you plug it in to your computer with even the simplest software designed to read the flash drive. Then and only then would you be able to see the voice recordings.People are not stupid and if you wanted to leave this drive unattended and they found it, the on/off switch alone would make them curious and then all they have to do it turn it off and plug it in......Busted. I'd rather leave it. call a few minutes later saying I know I left it and I'll be back later to get it. That is if I can't hide it and just come back later. You could probably learn a lot more if they knew you left it. Listen to them say stuff like "Lets see whats on his flash drive" and a lot more.
