In Section 4 of the Women’s 4x400 Final the USC Trojans are dominant once again. They ran their fastest time of the season(3:27.45), just missing the Collegiate Record they set last year by .42. They are back-to-back NCAA 4x400 Champions.

Because she IS track now, especially women's &, at that time, *most* especially women's college track. And they were doing one of her events....and UK was like #6 in the nation at the time, too. These are some of her closest competitors and future U.S. senior teammates. And she is hot af. LMAO. That is one reason. Just look at the estimates for her huge NB contract now. Must have a big Q rating. She was the youngest American Olympian in track in like 40 years. So, there is also that. Remember, this is competition but also entertainment. They sell tickets & have TV contracts. They should (& want to) discuss the big stars and stories.

In some races you do. Outdoor 100,200,400. Indoor 200 and 1st half of 400. Running is very healthy for you. Go run. You'll learn a lot. Patience. Pain. How to relax. Endurance. Geometry and more.

Ok I've never ran on an indoor track but is it smaller than an outdoor track because a 400 outdoors for me is only one lap but they did two

You're watching a sprint event. Black people genetically have fast twitch muscles, which is why they dominate more in this event. That's why most Caucasians shy away from sprint events and turn to distance. I'm not trying to come off as racist or nothing, but it's dna.
