Is compass and rangefinder removable? Did you look inside to see if optics are fully multicoated? FOV real?

uscamel binoculars are superb for a cheap price. it's comparable to vortex that cost $300-$600 range

is the rangefinder permanent or can it be switched off. I'd hate to be loking at numbers in my view every time i uses them

roontunes : the reticle scale, and compass are permanent. The press button illuminates the compass only . The calculations for size requires a known size for comparison, or, reasonable maths / trigonometry and use of the conversion chart in the outer ring. Somewhat clumsy compared to my laser ranger, with constantly changing digits doing the hard work, but that's only good for 1 km. The optics and build quality, for the £, in these, is superb! Hope this helps. Dave

The range finding is fairly useless, as is the dial on the left objective. I'd as soon they left that feature off these binoculars. The compass is good, though.

What kind of battery do you use for this Binoculars?

Batteries 2 ea LR43, AG12, G12, G12A, V12GA, 186. These are all Alkalines with appx 55 mah capacity. Will also take 2 ea SR43 or 386. These are Silver Oxide with appx 125 mah capacity. Even with the Alkalines, you only use power from the batteries momentarily to light up the compass and range finding at night.

The range finder is manual and time-consuming to calculate by hand loleven not accurate, it is not automatic!!! be careful guys I have one already!!

This is not a review, its a disaster ❗️And I still don't know if they're any good or not ❓In fact I know nothing more than what they look like and you can take the lens caps off, they have some kind of battery, basically obvious and already known stuff 😫
