With the chome I know they say best over black yet personally I have tested over a few and I found that over Tamiya x8 lemon yellow it gave the best results and it come out as a bright shiny mirror chome just my experience....

Hey man! I like this vid a lot for many reasons! First, great presentation of the powders - those looks very promising! I use Kosutte Gin San and other powders, but never tried UVDR powders yet. I was searching for approach to get chrome effect. And so far best for me is Kosutte GIn San over Humbrol enamel Closs Grey. I wonder how it will work with those powders. You may like it on Gloss Grey ;) Just give it a try on some spare plastic. Second, I like video intro - very impressive ;) Did you design it yourself or got somewhere?
