Fiscal Year 2023 brought a remarkable shift, with USCIS successfully processing a significant number of applications, reducing the backlog dramatically. For instance, whereas the K-1 Visa used to have a wait time of around 15 months, we are now observing decisions being made in less than ten months for some cases. One of the most notable improvements is in the Naturalization process (N-400), where applicants are now getting interviews and decisions in less than six months, a significant decrease from the previous one-year wait.

10,900,000??? Wow. Well I'm glad they're speeding things up. That's awesome. I'll remain cautiously optimistic but still. Great. I'm getting married next month and then turning right back around back to the U.S. that same week. So the sooner we can live together, the better..

I applied for i485 form after my asylum granted its almost 30 days i send mail to uscis. Still I didn’t receive receipt notice yet😢 . So receipt notices takes how long to process?

But i am confused about I-130 In the visa categories they only reduce to 6 months for Immediate Relatives only so what about F4 for siblings processing time?😢
