Hi, thanks for the video. There is some adjustment when the gene of interest has a higher Ct value than a housekeeping gene?

The video is great, but your math is incorrect. Case in point calculating the deta delta Ct 1:04:32 in the video. The delta Ct for antiviral 1 should be 23.52 - 32.53 = -9.01 not -7.38; -8.49 for antiviral 2, not -9.01; and -7.38 for antiviral 3, not -7.37. Also, the delta delta Ct for antiviral 3 should be 1.17, not 1.18. I love the video, but when someone's math is incorrect in a video/classroom, it makes it difficult for me to learn the subject matter. That's the only critique I would make. I do highly appreciate your time and energy in creating this; it is significantly helping me prepare for a certification exam I'm getting ready to take.
