Help please, if i want to use latest GPT for text tasks only, is there a difference between gpt4 and gpt4 turbo in effectiveness in general? if so, in case i need turbo, why there's no option to buy and use turbo on openai? thanks

If you just want to leverage the technology of the Vision API, the ChatGPT UI can already do this with attached files. If you are looking to leverage this in an automated way outside of Zapier, I would suggest building an application that would handle the logic!
