When I installed the full version of webman, and my PS3’s fans started to increase and would not stop until I had to turn it off. It now always continually increases the fan when I turn it on and I’m not sure why it’s doing that. I uninstalled and the fans stopped increasing

I have a PS3 game that is not ISO. It is a folder full of all the files, loks like all the files from the iso, but just in a folder. Is there a way i can install a game in this format? With ftp? or if not, I prefer ftp, but if not then can modman istall the game from usb in this format? Also, will PS2 work in bincue? I have a bin cue ps2 game, ps2 games come on cdr as well and often are bincue.

I've had a jailbroken PS3 for many years now. I never checked out managunz. Looks kinda cool. You could have just made your PS1 and PS2 memory cards at the same time there (or before you even start doing anything, you can just go ahead and make those). There wasn't any need to load up a game first to create them, but no harm either way.

The .iso games are basically just virtual disc images. The PS3 sees them exactly as it sees a physical disc. With .pkg files,, they are ment to be installed just like the other apps featured in the video. In that sense, .iso files are a bit more "portable" as they're easy to also use in emulators ans so forth. Both work great on native PS3 hardware through.

Question, When I load the game from managunz, it works but it won’t let me open any other item under the game section and it says error (8001006) or something along those lines. Every time I want to play a new game with Managunz, I have to turn the console off and back on. Any ideas? thanks!

Format one like he does with the USB stick. Plug it in the ps3 as such, and load it in Filezilla or hook it up to your pc to copy games.

I have a super slim PS3 but i think I'd rather get an older model. Slim models can obviously run CFW depending on the model number but super slim models cannot so HEN is the only option. HEN seems tempting but I'd rather not jailbreak my ps3.

All the fats can be totally jailbroken plus they're the cheapest. Especially with broken disc drives! (which you don't need for any reason whatsoever with a jailbroken PS3!) ;)

Is managunz more reliable & stable than multiman? On my ps3 super slim every 4-5 times I use it I have to do a restart on my ps3 because it black screens. Even with your text file on the USB. And I've tried launching a real game from the XMB after activating HEN before launching multiman because I've heard that helps but I still get a black screen from time to time.

I think so. multiMAN is getting a bit long in the tooth, so to speak. It's still on version 4.85 and hasn't been updated in a few years now.

Hello fellow gamers. Retroarch on ps3, when running it on my european crt tv via rgb scart (576i), the ps3 just crashes and the picture is distored. Very distored. However, this does not happen on a modern tv via hdmi. Resolution issue? Also, has anyone ever tried the "PAL60" mode that can be switched on in retroarch settings? The ps3 just crashes when I try switching it on. cheers.

PS3 slim can natively play PS1 discs, it's just PS2 discs it can't. However you can convert PS2 games to plug format I believe, it's been a long time since I've messed with that

@@Marcelocostacheinternal is actually 1.6tb and external is 2tb. You can do a 4 tb however you have to split the 2tb to 2 different allocations in order for it to work..

I transferred one game and it went in no problem then the next one doesn't want to show up. Its in the ps3iso folder in the hdd0 folder but its not showing up in managun. I'm thinking i didn't do something for the second game. you have a video on how to set the game in managun? Thanks so much for the videos.

I have the same problem, I have 70 games in the PS3ISO folder but managunz only shows 65. All 70 are visible in WEBman, and can be played from there without any problems. I haven't been able to find a solution for this in the settings yet! 😮‍💨

I still have 2 brand new in box 60gb and 80gb backward ps3s. I'm planning on moddung both with your videos, 1 question I do have is are there apps for in-game memory editing? Similar to the ps4/ps5 game trainers? If so, will you do a video covering those also, I'd really like to mess around with the memory and see what shenanigans I can get into and share some custom game saves too.

If they are unopened i would buy a third used one. Those are super collectible and unopened mint condition might be worth a lot one day. Maybe not now but its definitely heading that direction. I wish I kept mine but I was like 10 when it came out and i got it lol.

@TinSucks I have 1 new 80gb that's opened but still brand new, the ebay seller opened it to take out the metal gear game before he shipped it out. I ve 2 used 80gb BC I've used for years and my kids have 3 slims but they all have many many hours on them. I haven't really thought about selling them for profit and just had them as backups when the others ones finally broke.
