Thanks, Excellent explanation!!! are there any security concerns sending the results of the similarity search back to the GPT model?

Yes, absolutely you are right to be concerned sending that data back if it is of a highly confidential nature. In this case, the LLM needs to be replaced by an enterprise grade solution (I think Azure recently announced some solutions for enterprise grade GPT) or host your own LLM on your own machines using open source models.
