Hi, my screen is showing a weird format where the text background is grey and the Finish button is not blue. Is there a way to change the format for the screen like what you have shown here?

Hi Kathleen. I think maybe you've selected a different theme for your Salesforce Org. Try to change the theme from setup.

Good morning, if using a flow for a detail list button on a related list (not a list view, specifically), then does the same functionality apply?

All the custom buttons become inactive and do not work if we have a recordlist in the experience cloud. Wo we have and workaround to get the selected ids of the list view objects in the experience cloud?

I've tried multiple workarounds but because the flow opens in an Iframe, I'm unable to find a solution which will show a modal.

Hi... Awesome! But... i need a button to create tasks for every selected Campaign Members in a list view. How would you do it? Thks!

Well for that you have to do the same steps for sending the ids of selected Campaign Members to the Flow, and then in Flow use GET RECORDS to get all the details of selected Campaign Members, then use LOOP to for going through all the CM and inside loop use ASSIGNMENT to create Tasks and put them in a List of Records, finally when loop ends, use CREATE RECORD element for creating all the tasks.

@@thetradingproject Here is the video to send the SELECTED RECORD IDS to the flow kzfaq.info/get/bejne/e7Vmlqhht5bMeWw.html and then you can use GET RECORDS and in the CONDITIONS use this condition: Field => Id Operator => IN value => {!ids}

@@SFDCKhan he means: when the button is pressed it will open a new window that runs the flow. looking everywhere I cant seem to find how open on a new window

@@arthurbelton4868 Oh,Thankyou for clarifying :) Yes I also couldn't find it. When we put the URL of Flow it opens in an iFrame and that's why it doesn't open in Modal. Hopefully Salesforce will do something about or provide a better way to use flow in list view button
