You can hear the frustration in his voice because he's probably had to explain/deal with what he's talking about over his entire career. The fact that he takes the time to stop everything, gather the boys, and EXPLAIN what he's talking about, and teach them as well as make a video and teach OTHERS is seriously professional. He recognized a problem, and applied a solution. I'm a sparks, but I'd grab my pliers and frame for this guy any day.

That's a good explanation of the problem of compounding errors. Because 1/16" is nothing, but if you have 16 trusses and every truss is 1/16" off then the last truss is one full inch off. With 32 trusses, the last truss is 2" off.
