This young couple started a thriving & sustainable initiative called Eco-nirmit, where they up-cycle tonnes of Flower Wastes to convert them into charcoal-free incense and other daily-use products.

Phool and Nirmalaya are already doing the same thing, collecting the temple flowers, cleaning them off the harmful chemicals by their biological special water, drying up the petals and then turning the flower petals into the agarbatti aka incenses.

Do not mind but there is a drawback with using these item for puja purposes, a thing offered to a deity becomes "nirmalya" and one object offered is never offered again, the left over flowers of puja are nirmalya, and should not be used again for puja purposes. however is a great innitiative

1. The smoke released by agarbatti isn't toxic 2. The initiative fulfills all the concept of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle ♻️ say like that of cigarettes or fumes of car

This is against Santana Dharma. Flowers were offered to the Bhagwan in Mandirs, same things can't be offered to the Bhagwan though upcycled... Did they ask for input from the original Shankaracharyas? If it is Dharmasangat or not ?
