দুইটা App ই ব্যবহার করি তিন বছর হচ্ছে, জীবন অনেক সহজ হয়েছে। স্টুডেন্ট হিসাবে ও রিসার্চে আগ্রহী মানুষ হিসাবে আইডিয়া লিখে রাখতে ও লেখালেখির কাজেও অনেক হেল্প হয়। আর গুগলের একাউন্টের সাথে সংযুক্ত থাকায় বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে ব্যবহার করা যায় একই সাথে।

এই দুইটা কাজই color note এ করা সম্ভব এবং এটা জিমেইল দিয়ে সিনক করা যায় আর এ্যাপটা মাত্র ৩ মেগাবাইট । তাছাড়া গুগুল কিপ, নোট একদম এন্ট্রি লেভেলের মোবাইলে করা সম্ভব না ।

স্যার হাত জোর করে অনুরোধ করছি, কিভাবে Tension,anxity,stress কমানো যায়, কিভাবে soth মা বা বাবা মার টক্সিক আচরণ থেকে নিজেকে রক্ষা করা যায়। একটা ভিডিও দিলে খুব ভালো হতো। অনেক এ এই সমস্যায় ভোগে।

আকাশ কুসুম কল্পনা ছেড়ে বাস্তবে আসুন। সবার আগে জীবনে মা বাবাকে এবং নিজেকে তাদের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য বানান। সবার আগে সত্য তারা। তাদেরকে বুঝা আপনার সবার জীবনের প্রথম কাজ।তাদের অবস্থা,ধ্যান ধারণা বুঝে নিলে তাদের আর টক্সিক লাগবে না।(মা বাবা নিজেদের মতো থাকুক,তাদের না পাল্টায়ে নিজের কাজের সিদ্ধান্ত নিন।) (জ্যাক মা একটা কথা বলছে,পরিবার অবশ্যই আপনাকে অনেক কিছু কর‍তে দিবে না,কিন্তু আপনার সফলতা আপনার হাতে,দিনশেষে পরিবার সবসময় একসাথে থাকবে)। মন শান্ত হবে নিজেই ঠিক করতে পারবেন,নিজেকে সফল করতে তাদের বিপরীত সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে এমন না। তাদের সাথে রাগ না জেড়ে নিজের মনকে পরিস্থিতি বোঝান,তারা বয়স পাড় করে যেভাবে মানুষ হইছে ঐটা চেঞ্জ করানো কঠিন,নিজেকে তাদের ঘাটতি গুলোর মধ্যেও গড়ে তোলাও জীবনের একটা বড় প্রাপ্তি।

Assalamualikum sir.I hope you're fine in your floor.I just want to know you,in our country most of the teenagers are eliminate study because of some issues like family crisis,relationship blah blah blah!.But in my case,I'm good students.unfortunately I have to drop my study.I just recently completed HSC stream.Next month,I'll be flying ITALY for my work permit visa.However,one thing I want to know you I love to study but it wouldn’t be possible for me to continue it.I tried my best but I failed.So what should I need to do besides my work permit visa.?I'm just irritate about me.I've no idea what should I need to do.I'm being frustration.😢Even I've no idea how I can explain myself.I just lost everything in my life what I deserved or what I wanted to be in my entire life.😭For my family,I got rejected everything what I wanted. So like me lots of people face this problem.So could you suggest me what should I need to do.? How can I overcome in this stage? If you notify all of this question,I'll grateful for you. (To be honest sir,I saw your vedio on my daily basis life.I get feel motivated.) Thank you and be safe.😊
