I have been following the channel for about a month and I gotta say no one tells it like it is like you guys. You seem like honest used furniture dealers that are trying to make the industry better. I regret buying from Madison- not that I got a terrible chair but I like your guys transparency. I will be buying from you for my girlfriends next chair

to people saying this is an advertisement to buy from them, how? like honestly? yes, they sell chairs, but theyre legit telling you what to look for when youre buying a used chair from someone else. i dont know jack diddly squat about aerons and their manufacture dates and all that and BTOD does not serve my country but theyve legit armed with the information i need to know on how to find the best deal on an aeron and what to look out for. like you can legit take this info and use it for any other chair from any other seller and it still works! Thanks for this vid BTOD

Any help with determining if the mesh needs replacement? I have a chair from work, the mesh looks great but the seat is not very firm, not nearly as much as the back. Is this normal. Would a replacement mesh feel the same?

Received my refurbished Steelcase Leap v2, and I cannot tell that it’s not brand new. Sits comfortably all day. Really glad I ordered from a trustworthy dealer like BTOD!

I've just bought a refurbished version of Aeron chair for 250 bucks. Actually I am very satisfied about its performance but the problem is the arms are not adjustable. It would be better to change it. Is it possible?

Sticker on the bottom should have a production date, and the wheel lock arms are old.

i just bought one that has the rolling thing on the arm rest i was surprised to learn that its pre 2004 i believe its so clean and so comfortable with some scratches of course and wheels are a mess already ordered new ones only paid 550 usd for it tho, with tilt limiter and lumbar support

Shopping for office chairs in Europe is a nightmare. Some of the sites don't sell less than 4 minimum, some don't deliver, some look dodgy as hell. There is one that offers 12 months of warranty but there is zero information on the state of the chair, it's like a shot in the dark. I think I might just buy a brand new chair < €600 at this point.

I didn't even find a website that sells a new aeron except for hunt office in ireland.Which has some really bad reviews on trustpilot and some really high ones(but im skeptical about them).So I'm now looking for steelcase leap,seems easier to find new.

@@nichitacebotari4472 Ebay in the UK always has loads can get decent used Aeron Full Spec Size B for ±£300 ive purchased 25+ over the years and never have much trouble. I think two seat pans have broken in use on the older ones, which is super easy to replace.

We replace with parts built to OEM standards. You won’t find original parts unless you want to replace with used parts from existing chairs -GK

i got my aeron for free lol My job was getting rid of old office chairs and no one want the chairs but i look around the office and found one that was a herman miller. I took that shit home right away.
