I really really looking for this car. I have 91' Sierra 2.0i Estate with EFI Pinto engine (74kw) and I love it. It's quite rare, specially Estates. Sedans are "everywhere".

I must admit I always liked the ford Sierra especially the the estate in good spec they were a good work horse and comfortable sadly a lot of them did get abused and written off especially from being stolen.

I had 2 Sierra's . One a LX and one a limited edition Azzura which I loved with its almost 4x4 Ghia body kit . Cracking cars but after the Azzura was broken in for the 2nd time in a few months and being almost on the xmas party list of the local Ford dealership it was there so often for break in's I went to a Nissan Primera and had that for 19 years , cracking underrated motors those P11's

@@kieranwhite6647 What does that mean though? Scrapped cars would normally still be on DVLA database, so I can't see why any car would be removed from it...

@@jeff4362 It generally means it's had a certificate of destruction issued and has been crushed, however another reason could be that the car now has a personalised number plate and as a result G696 TDM wouldn't exist anymore

Beautiful car, though I think I would prefer a different color. That looked like a manual transmission gear lever, did these 4x4 estates really have a manual transmission? During the test drive I noticed what looked like a small red light down near the driver's right knee, can any owners/previous owners educate me?

I think that's an optical illusion - I think you're talking about the hazard light switch, on most Ford models of this era they were mounted on top of the steering wheel cowling. I think that's to what you refer?

Car mechanics mag have said 150k plus miles possible with right driving servicing etc. But they are aware of issues pre 2015 models with degas coolant pipe andhead gasket issues. Now fixed apparently. I watched a stripdown on youtube of3 cylinder at 80 plus k miles and was amazed had no obvious major wear I also heard from same mag that EcoBoost engines not user friendly overhauldue to verytight tolerances that probably only factory can do. Time will telli suppose. Iam on my 3rd EcoBoost fiesta onlychanged due to spec. I dont drive too hard and service on time. I have mk8 fiesta 1.0 auto and at 70mph it at 2200rpm obviously thisis the gearing but engine relaxed at this speed Touch wood sayingthis so far so good over last 7.5 yrs.
