I refuse to believe she takes him back. It doesn’t matter about their childhood connection. He has proven to her over and over again that he does not and has never loved, trusted, or respected her. He spent years abusing her while looking right I to her eyes. She knows *exactly* what kind of a sorry excuse for a man he is deep down and now has Grandpa Lu to support her! He “gets revenge on everyone who hurt her but conveniently leaves himself out of that group. He can never make up for what he has done, not by getting revenge on other instead of himself and not kneeling outside for 2 days, and needs to stop bothering her. Even if she forgives this male lead, for her own sake of course, she should never go back to him. She is so much better off without him. There is zero basis for actual love between them. Just a tenuous childhood connection that didn’t survive then meeting as adults. He is in love the the idea of a child who saved his life - not the actual woman in front of him.

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Did I mention it was dreadful? Skip this one. No comeuppance of the evil ones, ML repents but the things he and his family did were reprehensible. FL has the backbone of a an over cooked noodle. No understanding until the last five minutes of show. As someone else said, "what a waste of talents"

I skipped to the end and am glad I didn’t waste my time. No punishment for the bad guys AND the male lead barely acknowledges he was wrong and does almost nothing to atone? No thank you. Horrible writing, no apology or redemption arc. And yes, the female lead is more pathetic than usual. When the man you love (or think you love) shows you that he doesn’t love, trust, or respect you-you move one with your life. Leave him behind. He’s not worth it.

I hope in the end she went and threw that necklace in his face....he doesn't deserve her forgiveness.....you don't even treat a dog the way he treated her...but the writers have left it open ended unfortunately, which sucks....plus the channel plasters big pictures over the final seconds so we can't see the FL's facial expression as to whether she is smiling or disgusted, which would give us a clue as to whether she forgives the scumbag.....

Странная любовь у гл.героя- кто первый скажет, та и любовь. А, если она наврала, то тут же любовь исчезает и появляется к другой девушке ( но перед этим весь набор издевательств на неё будет сброшен) В конечном итоге мазохистка всё простит.

Thank you for sharing but this story is so disappointing. I skipped a lot cause i wasn´t able to watch it but i watched a few moments of something really satisfying, oh that slap at the end and also the moment she throws out their token of love, i confess that i felt happy when i saw him crying and begging...Maybe i´m cruel but he was such a jerk that i can´t help enjoying his sad moment. Anyway, it was good that he recognized his wrongdoings.
