Pls bring her to the vet to have blood samples and see if she is sick and can prescribe the right medicine.. normally if a dog has many fleas she can have infections in the blood that is why they dont want to eat and always sleeps no energy.. the puppy has to be cured of any disease and dewormed and properly vaccinated before it can be happy and have appetite to eat.. i hope this info can help good luck

I found your video exhausting to watch. Your puppy is very young it needs to be held and shown lots of love, feed puppy food and taken to the vet for a checkup thats the best thing you can do for it. If you can't look after it properly then give it to somebagy who can. Please please do not have any children!
