can you advise how to work with other IDP such as Cisco Duo - how is the provisioning process there?

Hi @larom907, not sure how I missed out on your comment. My sincere apologies for the delay. As far as I know you cannot provision users to Secure Access using Duo as the IdP. You can use Duo with Secure Access for SSO.

What is the difference between configuration management vs provision user section?

Thank you so much for your comment. In configuration management we have the option to configure not just provisioning of users but also SSO options. I hope that answers your question.
