Hai mam. This machine is designed in such a way that the user need to direct the stitching cloth according to the required path. Please try to direct the stitching cloth in straight position and hold the cloth stiff. Hope this will help you. I will try to post one video regarding your query soon. Thanks for supporting us.

I too have the same machine but sometimes it is running automatically without pressing pressure foot tell me the reason

may be there is some problem with your pressure foot. please check whether your pressure foot is strucked in between. if it is strucked, pls apply a very few drops of oil in between. check for the healthiness of the power cable to the pressing foot. if everything is still fine and the same problem persists, pls service the pressing foot once
