What was on top of the pancake bread before you put it in the oven? I really enjoy watching B get so into it and she really loves to stir things. She's a great cook. I love baking, I find it really therapeutic 😌 In the UK, we have baking powder and bicarbonate of soda which we call bicarb for short. We also don't have sticks of butter, we have to measure our butter out. Having sticks seems really convenient 😆 I've not heard of pancake bread but it looks like a nice sweet bread 😋 good job baking B, you certainly seemed to enjoy it 😀

if you scrunch up the parchment paper first it will sit better in the pan. Also if you wet it, it works too.

When I was little, mom would always have me measure over a different cup or bowl other than the final mixing bowl. Perhaps you might want to consider doing that, especially when cooking with Braylee. I actually still do this when I cook/bake, even as an adult. Here's why: 1. Things sometimes pour out faster or in bigger clumps than intended, especially when they have lids that are supposed to limit how much comes out at a time and the lid fails... had that happen with fancy, real vanilla syrup once, and was VERY happy I'd poured into a separate bowl so the excess didn't go to waste. 2. Sometimes there are contaminants that aren't seen until the substance is poured. This could be as mundane as pieces of eggshells, pieces of packaging, pieces of dissolved cork, or much more undesirable & disgusting stuff such as mold or bugs such as the drowned spider I found in the soy sauce one time when making stir fry... glad that didn't make it into the final meal! 3. It gives you an extra chance to make sure you have the right ingredient (such as sugar vs salt vs flour) and that it isn't spoiled, expired, or otherwise no longer useable (like the aforementioned mold or weevils/ants).

Oh gosh, B's singing is amazing, beautiful tones and rhythms - what was she singing at 11-12 min - sounds like an old yiddish song I heard when I lived in Romania a lifetime ago.

That was nice to see Braylee eat the bread she made! So nice she went back for more! Is it a way to get her to eat more plus bake more too? It could be a way to eat other things if she helps cook. I have a very picky eater I did that eith. He ate more he is sn adult now and still not a fan for sone veggies. But I used to put sone I. Other things snd he ate them. We added cabbage to chili and he eats it. It’s goid that way too. I have put in other brand I. Chili too. I make ham and beans. Soup eith different besns too. Now he eats more beans not green beans though. But he has got better on sone things. For s bit he would eat hot dogs snd pizza, and pastas mostly. He is has no health or other problems just picky ester

Did B already have all those ingredients in her communication device or did they have to be added for the activity? Can you add words to the device or does her speech path have to do it?
