AI really has the potential to do so much good and solve some of the most pressing problems of humankind/environment interaction! The fact alone that there are people working on interspecies communication is reason for a more positve outlook on our future. This was just me being frustrated about my personal life projecting onto the world. I'm sure there will be AI apps for hunters. Telling them about populations. When not to hunt. Analyzing animal behaviour in combination with data from the forest service and other app users for the benefit of sustainable hunting/population control.
