Captain Plugins helped me finish my first track as a beginner. I had to tweak the suggested melodies a little but Captain Plugins gave me a good starting point. Captain Beat alone is already worth the price.

maybe u should learn to write a melody before making your first song this is why people hate midi generators your never gonna learn how to make your own melodies we care about u beginners shortcuts dont teach u jack , do u want to learn how to make music or what

@@jasonanderson5034 I was able to write a melody without midi generators before getting Captain Plugins. The tricky part was getting it to sound good along with the bass and chords. Using Captain Plugins has tought me a few things about common rhythmic patterns for the chords by providing a vast library of popular patterns, about melodic patterns (AAAB/ABAB/etc, call/response), about how everything falls into place if you start with the chords first and then use that as a guide for bass and melody. In fact, I would say it did teach me a few things. It didn't take long for me to be able to apply those things without the need of midi generators. I still like to use it every now and then for quick inspiration.

Really great plugins. You are right when you said this is all very useful as a tool. No ai no matter how good it gets will ever bring that thing that human creativity can bring. Together though it can all work.

Nah they’re different. Captain has more level of control.

It would be worth it if at least we had technical support. But, no, Mixed in Key does not cares for its customers. No technical support at all.
