with their answer it's pretty clear the creator of the video didn't include lumine x aether as a "family ship" lol But i'm pretty sure they are just including popular ships in these videos rather than the ones they like. @@Kurxmiera In the manhua in CN, KR, and JP, no one is adopted by anyone. Kaeya does not refer to Crepus as "father," nor does he address Diluc as his "brother." And Diluc is angry at Kaeya because of the latter's confession about being a Khaenri'ahn spy, not because Kaeya was "adopted" which never really happened.

@@SeannV that makes more sense, the advantage of having tetrachromatic eyes is I can see a variety of colours that most people won’t be able to see and differentiate between them and that being said Yun Jin’s hair is generally black but it is seems like a rain purple and Zhongli’s hair is a dark brown. With your whole “I thought it was more so Ningguang than Ei because of eye colour” makes a lot more sense because it’s highly unlikely for a person with yellow eyes and a person with electric purple eyes to have a kid with red eyes but if it were a person with red eyes instead of electric purple I believe the chances of them getting a kid with red eyes increases.

@@marvertjaysonneyra457 No, they're sworn brothers. Close friends who swore an oath to protect each other. In my country the concept is called "blood brothers", referencing a blood oath. It sadly got mistranslated in the EN version as adopted brothers. Thanks to that, Kaeluc shippers get regularly harassed and sent death threats in the EN fandom. I heard that it got corrected in the Spanish translation, but the English localization team blatantly refuses to change it, even though they translated it correctly for npcs. *sigh*

@@XinyueLim. well aether and Childe are also shipped quite a lot, but if you want to know why I prefer Childe and lumine, here’s some reasons Childe calls lumine girlie with sounds a lot more romantic( kinda) than buddy, which is what he called aether Also, in volume two of the genshin anthology (a manga commissioned by hoyoverse) they go on a date( but they end up fighting) I think that’s why, the in game interactions are the same for both aether and lumine so-

Also they have similar looking designs that look nice together, their personalities would mesh well, plus they look very similar in age and body build so no adult x possibly minor situation… Also yeah a lawyer and funeral parlor director, seems like some interesting shenanigans lol

Can people PLEASE let others ship whatever makes other people happy? Supporting a ship like Kaeya X Diluc which is FICTIONAL (please be sure to read that word again) does not mean that we support incest in real life (and its not even incest because they are not blood related) I mean all people see or even like Horror movies where people are killed or tortured, and is ok because enjoying a content does not mean that you wuold do this in real life wtf???
