Drae, i've fixed 3 tigers in this game. THERE ARE SO MANY BOLTS ON THE DAMN THING. ITS SO STRESSFUL!!!! Theres so many pieces, Bolts, Just.. RWAJNKTGUJIKHGHBGBKG Its horrible Edit: The T-34/76 and 85 are REALLY fast, REALLY nimble, and REALLY fun. Cant wait for you to find one. (Hint, You can buy really really bad condition tanks in the Yard and buy the missing parts, they are way easier to fix than extracted tanks) Edit 2: If you are having issues with money, Buy a dipstick, click checkout and then dont actually buy it. Click parts behind the menu and buy 10 of each. You get them all for dipstick price then you can sell 1, select all and sell them infinitely. Press ESC to exit once you've sold enough

Collectables are found around the tank when you have it dug up, just look around the body, that's how I found them. Also, the rust % also counts missing pieces. You can also use the tank status on the radial menu to find out whats not painted, next to the percentage bar is a little box, if it is not filled in, that's what needs to be painted.

Watching this as an experienced player of this game it hurts to see drae doing this either wrong or doesn’t know that there is a way to see what parts have rust and need sanding. To check all the bits of the tank go to tank status menu and check the parts status

The Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf. M was a late-war variant of the Panzerkampfwagen III, using the 50mm gun instead of the 37mm, like a few others. Since it used a similar turret as the Panzerkampfwagen IV, they took the Turret Shields from a Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf. J, and applied it to the Ausf. M. It then received its own Side-Skirts, and updated parts, some borrowed from new StuGs, others from Panzer IVs. Many be parts were added. This is the reason it's so detailed.

I got a “repair and test run” contract. I had to remove every part of the tracks and engine block and repair it all, and then put it back…. There were at LEAST 70 parts of the track per side. It took about 2 hours

I think most of your "advisers" get their info from other computer games, who's programmers also don't know what tool does what. The pistol looking thing is a "needle gun". The business end is made of a couple dozen steel rods that vibrate like little jack hammers that beat the rust and scale off the target metal surface. It is a carpal tunnel nightmare and an ear drum deadening device, but very effective at pulverizing rust. The four inch angle grinder with a stone wheel is meant to cut metal. To be fair, an experienced welder or metal worker can use the stone to clean a metal surface, but it's not the intended use for the grinding stone. A 30 grit sanding pad or wire brush used with the angle grinder *is* intended for metal clean up but that doesn't seem to be available. *None of these tools and tip combinations can "prime" the metal surface* Priming metal can only be done with paint.

drae you need the half track vehicle because its a very unique type of military truck and it adds to the variety of your musium. please try to get the halftrack. also in case you didnt know, it is called a halftrack because it has a set of tracks and a set of wheeles.

A tiny bit on the late side, but that took, the rust removal tool, is called a needle scaler. It's a pneumatic tool for use with an air compressor

the angle grinder has a secondary mode that does get rid of rust if you press the x key, it works faster than the rust remover too

drae, when i get a new tank for renovation i will remove the turret, the engine, de rust, sandblast, prime and paint what i have before adding new parts. that seems to work best for me, then you have a clean base to go forward with. just my 2 cents

Germany over engineered their tanks even to the point of the Porshe prototype for the Tiger 1 broke down due to transmission problems while being shown to Hitler.

When you get stuck in your tank, there’s a button in the same menu as reset tools that it’s reset position. If you use that you’ll be right Next to your tool table

There is a small infinite money glith in the game. Buy one cheap item like a valve or plating proceed to cash out, but before clicking okay. You click all the parts in the background off the screen. When you got all the parts then click okay, and proceed to sell all the stuff you dont need. (it migth have been fixed, but atleast you could try it out on another save file).

Hey DRE. The Spiffing Brit found an infinite money exploit for this game. you can go into sell parts and then select 1 part to sell then go back to the main sales menu by clicking it not pressing exit or cancel then select the (sell all) on the main inventory and it will give you all the money for all parts but will only take the one part you originally selected.

You should try to find a tiger German WWII tank.

Ah ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Drae: "I can't pull out this box (the transmission)!" Me: "Neither could the Germans. That's why they scuttled so many of their vehicles. They over engineered them to the point where changing out something like the transmission required the amount of work you've done (remove the turret and interiors) just to get the transmission out of a Pzkfpw IV (III's were built similarly but no where near the nightmare of Tigers or Panthers); and that would have been during the heat of battle IF you were lucky enough to have a spare transmission."

Drae you need to change the mode on the anglegrinder... default is cutting, press 'x' and it will grind, i.e. de-rust

To find missing rusted parts just go to tank analysis and select the part and the camera will show you.

Drae when using the grinder press x to switch from cut to grind because a real grinder has 2 disks a cutoff disk and a grinding disk or just press H

Angle grinder does de rust but you have hit x key change it from cut to remove rust it like the paint gun. Also radial menu has a reset my position its bottom choice...

If you check the tank status list where you can see the value and sell it. You can see in the list what part need to be derusted, sandblasted, etc.
