I know this was a job but very rewarding....when my world crashed at the end of dec..23,,,,,I ate from my pantry and 2 freezers for 4-5 months without going grocery shopping....my niece and son had to pressure me into it then....you are so strong and beautiful...you and your family are in my prayers always...love you girl...

I’ve done one thing. I thawed all my frozen bacon, cooked it and refrozen it. It’s ready now for BLT’s on these hot 100 degree days or breakfast. Big time saver, opened up a shelf in the freezer, and it’s a first step to get me going.

I love watching your videos I’m 63 and have 7 adult kids while they were growing up it was a struggle and didn’t have much money due to things that come along in life to knock us for six but through watching your videos I have been inspired to do big meal planning and freezing Just got to work my way through my small freezer before I can get started. I have a 23 year old autistic son who has a very rigid diet only likes certain foods but you have helped me to approach freezing food in a different way. Love watching your videos Keep smiling x🇬🇧❤️

with all your frozen food, you would do well with a vacuum sealer! We got one & it saves so much freezer space!

Do what you need to do! So proud of you! Go slow! I enjoyed your clean out of the freezers. So much accomplished and organized, good for you. You will be able to get a lot of prep done for big cooking days. I say a prep day, then cook day. Don’t try to spend the whole day doing both! Take care of yourself! If I lived close to you I would help. Buy dishwashers. You need them!

❤ You look well. Last month we lost our big freezer, but, thank goodness, we were able to save what meat we did have. As we are working through this meat, the 1st hurricane of the season came to south Texas. I'm glad we have this "grocery store" & the shelf stable pantry items. 🙏 You have been an inspiration & I have learned a lot from watching your videos. 🧡

Parameter ideas: meal prep 5 days at a time with items from the freezer/fridges. Maybe until you have depleted a certain amount, you can't use any outside food! Make it fun with a challenge and a prize for what you accomplished.

My heart is swelling with happiness to see you feeling yourself again and getting back into the swing of things! I lost my Mom a few weeks ago and watching you be so positive after so much this last year has helped me alot! The uncured bacon could be wonderful along with the ham bone for some split pea soup, ham bean soup, potato and ham soup, great to freeze for fall with grilled cheese sandwiches! ❤

We like to take frozen grapes to the park for our grandchildren, or when our kids were younger, and they ran marathons, frozen grapes are a great refreshing snack!

I do braised shorts in the oven with the basics of carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, whole garlic cloves, and serve it with homemade polenta. I reserve the vegetables to enjoy with the meal. Don’t feel like warming up the house by cooking in the oven you can also do it in the crockpot.

Well hello beautiful radiant new Jamerill!!!! 💖 An idea for my stack of ribs from our cow that I've recently done is smoked sweet and spicy ribs. They are so yummy and have been requested again soon. I'm pretty proud of me rself for finally braving and learning how to use our pellet smoker. 🙌🏼😁 Recipe Rinse and dry the ribs Remove the silver skin if it hasn't been removed already by the butcher. Set pellet smoker to 225 degrees farenheit. Season ribs on one side with salt, cayenne, paprika, and brown sugar. Then flip over and repeat. Put in the smoker right on the rack for about 2-3 hours until temp reaches 165 degrees farenheit by the bone. It was so easy!!! If you don't have a pellet smoker, I highly suggest getting one. It's so easy to use.

Can't wait to see whst you cook up for the folks. Recenyly my hopes and dreams became a reality. I was able to purchase a 3.5 cu chest freezer. I currently have almost all my meats, its inventoried in small baskets, ground beef, chicken, pork. Found collapsible baskets that fit perfectly at dollar tree. Plus they have handles. Making it easier to get what I want , lift a basket or 2 , and put them back. Now I'm working in the fridge freezer, to see what I need to use. Eventually that freezer will have some pre-made foods, you know for those quick meals I don't have time to make. I'm so happy to have the chest freezer, it will get filled every time a super great deal on meats and stuff shows up. Next I so need to work on my 2 dry pantries. Purge and or use. Then take inventory of what I have and need. Jamerrill, you have inspired me to find the time and cook meals and freeze extra for later. Thank you for all you do. ❤

suggestion: need more baskets in your freezer for all the "loose" bags to help organize. I love 4 big baskets in my deep freezer and the 2 I use in my refrigerator/freezer

My mom and grandma lightly toss the liver into flour, then fry in a skillet smothered in sliced onions. Usually, it is served with mashed potatoes and gravy, maybe biscuits, but not all the time. Sometimes it would be green beans instead of biscuits. I love beef liver!

My poor hubby has been in the hospital and has to take it easy for a couple more weeks so things have slowed down for the rest of this month. After that, we can get back on track. This has been a great video. We really need to find a place for another freezer. We had a spare freezer for years and miss it a great deal. I used to keep a Tupperware bowl in my freezer where I emptied all of my leftover veggies. When it filled, I thawed it out and made a huge batch of soup.

There’s a wonderful You Tuber called The Queens Cabinet. She has an AMAZING freezer set up at her home. Very organized and she also uses solar and is off the grid. Very interesting.

I don’t know if you have ever tried frozen grapes? Amazing! We would use them as freezer packs in our cooler when going to the beach. They would slowly partially defrost on the way, and be a perfect snack! Thinking of your beach and pool days with the kiddos. 😊😊😊

Re: shortribs and especially oxtail. In my family these are added to long cooking homemade spaghetti sauce for special occasions. Saute in olive oil with garlic, then pour the sauce over and cook a long time on low. So delicious! Everyone tries to get a scoop of sauce with a piece of bone in it. Fingers are allowed for eating !

I bought those same yogurt tubes when my daughter and I bumped into you. Along with the yogurt and fruit pouches. So handy to have for my little grandson when we are out by the pool. Katie wants her dad to send us there once a year.

One day I vote you bust out the bread machines and do your pizza dough up. I enjoyed watching those videos. I bet your kids would love it if you had it on hand again and would love helping you make it! Could you make a cheesy potato soup out of those diced potatoes? Or a cheesy hashbrown type of casserole?
