@@oioloo3769 no it just depends on the producer and how much creativity they have, logic has all sorts of sounds from edm, to folk, to rock to pop and so many more, I know indie bands and a couple metal bands that use logic for recording and they use plug ins too

logic plug ins are the best stock of every other daw, in terms of complete....you find everything from classical stuff to ethnic to pure electronics, and the same is for effects. logic pro x expanded with few stuff for mastering and kontakt (for loading very high quality acoustic stuff) can handle almost every kind of situation very well.

To be fair, a lot of the logic stock plugins are a joke compared to some you can purchase. But also some people like daisy rock guitars 🤷🏼‍♂️

Joey Lewis I disagree. There's just a learning curve involved with knowing how to use them and a degree of creativity in how you use them. Sure, you can buy things that are already tweaked for a certain purpose, but there's not much you can't do in Logic alone.

they only extra plugins and effects you need are kickstart, waves de-esser and OTT compressor that is all i need with offcourse sylenth1, serum, spire and massive

I lost Sylenth1, Spire and Nexus because of the update. The vsts are fine but the only 3rd party synths I have are Massive, Kontakt. It's so annoying!
