As someone who lives in a tropical country, im kinda jealous with this lol. Edit: Reading all of y'all's replies, while I appreciate it, my opinion still stands. Living in a tropical country isn't always rainbow and unicorns. In summer, a high electric bill is to be expected because of the hot weather. While in rainy season, my country gets hit with an average of 15 typhoons a year (although not all of them affects the entire country) so if you live in a typhoon-prone region, the chances of your house getting destroyed is very high. And with the global warming thingy, the typhoons will struck us more frequent and stronger than before.

Imagine the lady in the house coming out to ask if the boys would like a cup of tea …. just as …..

As an older home owner who also owns a large home in the countryside I found the blasting generic techno dance club music especially helpful and definitely not the most annoying sound in the world.

I once worked a winter in Norway in Lønningdal at a Salmon farm. It was brutal and I've never experienced such hard conditions. I'm from the north of Scotland and thought we had it bad here. They also stack their wood like art work which I loved seeing going by houses.

It looks like one recent fall of snow, not a build up over many snowfalls, different layers. That would be much harder to do as it sticks. At least here in Western Quebec Canada.

Been doing it like this for years. You can easily do it by yourself if you tie the other end to a sand bag or bag of salt.
