K4 if it was a brick? Bruh the G10 is lighter and a lot better at low speed than K4

G10 is actually less bricky than the K4. K4 sustained turn is slightly better at low alt due to increased power but honestly K4 feels a bit stiffer, watch Adam the Enginerds video on high tier 109s. Also, the G10 gets a high alt supercharger too I believe, all I know is that the G10 is better than the K4 at high alt.

G6: heavy 109 but mw50 109f4 prob better high alt G14:g6 with better airframe G14AS: fixed high alt performance G10: standardise g14 upgrades notably aero K4: g10 with better low alt performance

Is the G14/AS decent? I really like the G6 because escape the mess of 288cs

@@blacktiger974 Lots of people claiming all the 109s are "overpowered" or "too strong" so basically, copium huffers or people who suck off Germany for having the best stuff. Defyn does great to break down these planes to show what these can really do in a realistic setting with the performance taken into mind and the tactics. Pretty much what a fair bit of people come here for, to learn how to 109 or to learn how to beat up the 109.

Actually, it's 5.3. Not that that's a reason to take it instead, the K is a much better plane and there's only a slightly higher chance you'll see a P-51 and a tiny chance you'll see a Mk 24.

Virtually every good player does. The G-2 is a slightly worse F-4. The G-6 is the best 109 in terms of performance relative to BR for all Gs and the K. Everything following the G-6 is only slightly better speed and climb wise while worse turn wise.

@@rainsilent well, I did a turn test with both them starting at 350kph at the deck using my cellphone timer to see who could complete at 360° at the shortest time, I did several test because I had to manually start the timer at the beginning of the turn but all of the tests showed that the K-4 completed the turn a few 0.1 seconds earlier, so unless I did something wrong the K-4 turns slightly sharper than the G-6.

@@pedromedeiros4955 And WTRTI, which is exact aircraft performance shown directly on screen, says that the G-6 turns better until both aircraft get near 600kmh.

The LF-Mk IX has always been the hardest spitfire to fight If you are above them just BnZ, but they will usually outclimb you. You have to force them to dive and compress, then they bleed their speed and you can attempt to energy trap them again. You have to be quick and precice with your shots, as they regain energy very fast.

The engine is a little weaker but you're correct not by very much. The difference between the G models is their power at altitude. The G-14 has better power at medium altitude (4-5 ish) and the G-10 has better power at high altitudes (6+). Back in the day air RB used to be a lot more about medium-high alt than it is now so these variants got higher BRs, but now it doesnt matter as much and hence the G-6 is more competitive BR for BR than the G-14/10. I think the G-14/10 are more fun tho since the G-6 faces a lot more manoeuvrable planes and is forced to strictly play energy while the G-14/10 faces more planes it can dogfight with being a higher BR, so they gameplay loop is more versatile.

Not in terms of turn rate but in terms of the aircraft being able to do what you want how you want) to be a better overall plane but it isn't much better overall than the late Gs. If the trade off is worth it is entirely opinion based.

The 30mm is very low velocity, so while the 20mm does less damage it does travel further and you have to lead less. Plus the 20mm more closely matches the 13mm's ballistics so they tend to hit together instead of one or the other.

The 30mm is sad man, it might as well be a chainsaw attached to the nose It tries to compensate for the pathetic stub of a barrel by being slightly wider. It reminds me of the caber from TF2. Hits hard but you have to get close up to use it and you'll be so close together you're both caught in the explosion.

@@eb3yr I usually manage to get into a position where the range of the gun doesnt matter because the enemy is really slow or I am close enough. These firing oportunities are usually not very long though and thats where I need the fast time to kill of the 30mm. 20mm hits and critts too much and that costs me more kills than the range of the 20mm.

Over 3x the ammo and easier to aim so you miss less Hitting 10 20mms or 2 30mms both get the job done
