Sigils you should make a command block that is constantly doing the command that places the glass so that you do not have to keep pasting it and you can use multiple command blocks for each colored glass.

You should have repeating command blocks to auto fill in the glass blocks

If you're going that far make 3 repeating command blocks 1. Glass 2. Dispenser make sure it's coded to face up 3. Button facing direction needed
