Using the GLIDE to SPIN - JY THROWS S2 E77

As I attempt to dial in my rotational technique I'm breaking things down and trying to feel glide positions. I need to understand the forces and apply some of the concepts to my rotational finish. Going to take a lot of practice to find all the positions that help but that's what keeps every day exciting. grind time.

Was looking at your workout and then at Brian Oldfield's 75 foot throw. You are picking up on many things that he knew as a glider turned spinner. What I see from you is, in the front you are still rotating the right foot to the front to block instead of shooting through close to the left ankle. If you look at Brian's throw, you see him shoot his left foot (would be your right) straight to the front. This speeds up getting on the block and gives more rotation for the drive side. just a thought. At your level, small things can make big increases. Enjoying your vids. Thanks.

P.Y Gaming I kind of forget. I did shot disc weight and hammer all were solid, nothing amazing though. Like 18m shot 60m disc 65m hammer 21m weight is my guess

I’m a freshman in HS my or in shots 45 and 125 in disc nothing phenomenal but it’s pretty decent

@@p.ygaming8804 for a freshman in hs that's great. It's about 13.65m and 37.88m in disc. That's basically what I threw last year which was my junior year.
