How do you record a show when finding it on the guide? I’ve tried and it only gives me the choice of “episodes” and “watchlist”….

You never need to say hey Siri on Apple TV. Holding in the button replaces the Hey Siri which is only for iOS devices in always listen mode.

On the cable box - When accessing the channel guide, one can see if the show is "New" or not, and a description of what the episode is about. Is there any way to accomplish same feature using the Spectrum app on Apple TV?

Can I use another remote with a number channel, so I can change channels like the Xumo box?

Unfortunately no. On the app on Apple TV, it’s not able to understand channel numbers. I’ve tried with 2 Philips remotes and this one kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mMypic2Asp-4eoE.htmlsi=vTsEprC_KDATk1Au
