I have Vision Pro trail camera, and I turn on to take picture, but it is empty after night in forest, there si no pictures or film, I tried to use it on my dog also, but there is nothing, empty. PLEASE HELP WITH INFO

Very difficult to program with no service support upon my request from supplier.

Sorry to hear that. I agree, there are lots of options to fine tune the setup. I am experimenting with some of them, I have a basic out of the box set up which seems to work. I have not tried to contact the manufacturer for support, so cannot comment on how good or bad the support is

Bad demo ☹️ sound very low can hardly hear what you’re saying and did not show how to “record” !

Thanks for your feedback, yes I agree audio not as clear as I would like, cant remember if I sued external mic. Think it's clear enough to hear. For recording please refer to timestamp 4:06 which highlights how you start the recording, you do not specifically record, the slider switch is set to on and recording starts instantly. Hope this helps
