God Usopp doesn't need a power up! He's already broken being the strongest in Luffys crew! There's two Gods The Sun God Nika and God Usopp in One Piece they both could wipe the entire verse no contest

Well i still cant see any of the Straw Hats to get Kumas fruit even IF Kuma himself dies since we need a mixture of Devil Fruits and non devil fruits on Luffys crew.

I find this theory really possible. We all kind of expecting that Kuma will probably die. I think Usop would be good fit for this devil fruit because, believe or not, he allready have experiences with one of few devil fruit abilities. I am talking about dials. We saw Usop use various variants of dials and how he was able to create new tools from it. We also saw him to use it in fight with Luffy, so he know how to potentially use this devil fruit.
