In this limited military history documentary series, we explore the USS Slater, one of only five surviving US Destroyer Escort vessels from World War II.
In this third episode, we take a look at how the Slater’s crew hunted and destroyed the enemy, most commonly the U-Boat Wolf Packs. We explore the Radio Room, the Combat Information Center, and the process of launching deadly depth charges and hedgehog ordnance.
