Happens a lot since refs are having to run alongside. Need to have the quick confirmations like touchdowns in NFL. Not the extended VAR reviews, but a ref with all the camera angles that can quickly catch things like that, if it's real close then leave it as it was called on the field, if it's obvious then overturn it.
