Они не знают, что через полтора года их страны не станет. Очень жаль, что СССР не удалось реформировать и Ельцин помешал этому. Ведь в ноябре 91 года уже был готов союзный договор, а в декабре состоялось бы подписание. Может быть, если бы это удалось, то не было бы тех бандитских девяностых, которые были в реальности.

En la trampa cayó Gorbachob, eliminó el pacto de Varsovia con la condición de que EEUU lo haga con la NATO y la OTAN , pero EEUU , incumplió los acuerdos, Boris Yelstin , se mostró partidario de EEUU, eliminó prácticamente a una gran parte del Ejército Ruso, se quedó con sus servidores y cerró el Parlamento para siempre . En esa época ya Putin ocupaba alto cargo de funcionario en el servicio de Inteligencia , era pro Occidental( creo que ustedes no están enterados sobre Putin, por eso Putin siempre pensaba en los acuerdos con Occidente e incluso quería formar parte de la OTAN, y fue ingenuo , espero que está vez logré reflotar por completo y recupere todos los países Balticos).

Ese año fue la desaparición del Pacto de Varsovia de Rusia , pero Los Estados Unidos no dieron de baja a la NATO ni a la OTAN ,los incumplió el acuerdo firmado. Esto no lo dicen la Prensa Occidental , más bien informan la desmenbramiento de Rusia de otra manera, creo que esto fue la última vida o despedida de la URSS.

Still USSR should have been saved with the 3 Slavic republics, southern republics and Central Asian republics. If USSR was still existing then NATO would have kept its promise and wouldn’t dare to expand towards the east. It was collapse of USSR which gave USA the confidence to expand NATO.
